After spending 4 years competing at the national level of strongman competitions I decided to embark on a new journey and see what bodybuilding had to offer and went from a 300 plus pound strongman competitor to a bodybuilder within one year and qualifying to compete at the national level of the NPC this summer

We are not a big gym that just wants your check every month, we want you to learn the fundamentals of training, nutrition and lifestyle so that you can take what we teach you and enjoy lifelong success in maintaining your new you as well as being able to encourage others to do the same through what you learned from us.

We also believe in and use our product if you want to call it that...We both have our own trainers, we all need someone to keep ourselves on track and focused. Every top level athlete has someone to hold them accountable so why do you think you can do it all on your own. We don't even do it on our own and that is what I mean by always striving to learn more...we don't have all the answers but we can guarantee you that we will never stop learning and trying to find them all out. Just as our own trainers keep us accountable to helping us reach our bodybuilding goals - we keep you accountable to reach your goals.

All about making the commitment to the lifestyle. Over the past several years she (below) has really been able to completely change her physique and life around. She started on her own working out for about a year before she came in to start training last summer (2010). We started her contest preparation for her first couple figure shows in January (2011) and over the course of her year in here she has gone from 120 pounds at 21% body-fat down to 107 to 108 pounds on stage at about 11% body-fat. My guess would be by looking her pictures from before she started on her own that she was around 26 to 27% body-fat so an amazing transformation.
