      Just getting back into it, Happy with squats since been so long it feels like and weight felt unstable and super heavy. 400 pound leg extensions for first time ever so can't complain

      Now I am preparing for first shot at the national level this upcoming summer. I will be doing the Junior Nationals in Chicago in June and the USAs in July in Vegas. Got a lot of work ahead and it has just began.

      chest and tricep training, first time benching heavy in about 6 months so good weight today and be at 500  pound for reps on bench in no time.

      Stage Photos from Northwest Championships in Olympia, WA. I was able to cut down another 4 lbs and really showed on my tightness and conditioning in the lower body from 3 weeks ago to this this contest. So now I will go into offseason with the goal to add 20 to 30 pounds to my stage weight for the Junior Nationals in Chicago next June.
