Now I am preparing for first shot at the national level this upcoming summer. I will be doing the Junior Nationals in Chicago in June and the USAs in July in Vegas. Got a lot of work ahead and it has just began. chest and tricep training, first time benching heavy in about 6 months so good weight today and be at 500 pound for reps on bench in no time. I was able to cut down another 4 lbs and really showed on my tightness and conditioning in the lower body from 3 weeks ago to this this contest. So now I will go into offseason with the goal to add 20 to 30 pounds to my stage weight for the Junior Nationals in Chicago next June. First contest, 1st place 10/31/2011
