8 Week Jump Start Into Fitness
What To Expect.
The focus of this program is to get you in the gym working towards your fitness goals. This program is great for someone looking to get back into fitness after some time off, beginner, or just looking to drop some of the holiday pounds.
What You Will Get.
You will receive workouts plans for 8 weeks. Every 2 weeks you will receive a new set of workouts for weights and cardio. You will also receive a nutrition guideline to give you pointers on what to do with your food and weekly email support. If you have questions we will be there to answer them each week.
Prizes: Prizes for top three 8 week transformations.
COST: $200 – sign up by filling out the entry form below.
How To Sign Up:
This 8 week program will close Friday Jan 5th and will start Jan 7th and run through March 4th. To sign up simply fill out the entry form below and make your payment. On Saturday the 6th we will email out the starting program for the first 2 weeks. Than take your starting progress photos, weight and measurements and submit those. We will have you submit these again at the end of 4 weeks and 8 weeks at the conclusion of this 8 week program.
