I was able to cut down another 4 lbs and really showed on my tightness and conditioning in the lower body from 3 weeks ago to this this contest. So now I will go into offseason with the goal to add 20 to 30 pounds to my stage weight for the Junior Nationals in Chicago next June.

Went 2 weeks between cheat meals from this picture to the last set of pictures at 10 weeks out. Progress Pictures - 10 weeks out - 287 lbs08/21/2011 Yesterday was 276.6 first thing in the morning and had cheat meal last night and gained few pounds plus the normal food and water weight I usually gain throughout the day as it is, I was 287 here in these pictures. Chest/Shoulder/Tricep Training08/21/2011 A bit under the weather right now but still got a good training session in. Bodyweight this morning was 276 lbs. Started off with some heavy log presses to keep the feel. I believe this is actually the lightest bodyweight I have hit these number at on log. Pressing is my favorite and was actually was my worst lift when I got into strongman and had developed it into a strength that always allowed be to usually place top 3 in any pressing event the last few years I competed. Log Press 2x5 with 280 and 1x1 with 330 Bench Press 1x5 with 315, 2x3 with 405 (could of used a spotter because I know i should of got 5) than 3x5 with 365 Incline bench 1x5 with 225, 1x3 with 275 (felt really light than all of a sudden my muscles just quit on the 4th rep) 3x5 with 245 Seated DB Shoulder Press 1x3 with 105 (same thing, felt light but muscles just said they had enough on rep number 4) 4x5 with 95lbs Seated Side Raises 5x5 with 75 lbs Standing Overhead DB Extensions 5x5 with 130 Barbell Shrugs with good squeeze 5x5 with 405 Volume Training: Chest/Shoulder/Tricep/Traps08/16/2011 AM: 30 min cardio on stairs Moved my training time to night time and trained at Gold's tonight.
