Dallas Competition - 1st video is car deadlift (750 to 800lbs in hand), 2nd video is 1,000 lb yoke carry (heaviest to date), 3rd video is 320 lb log press for reps, 4th video is press medley (340 log, 330 axel, 200 circus db and 275 block - no one pressed block very awkward to get handle on and into position to press) - oh and there is nothing like not warming up and starting with a 340lb log but that's our sport.
